Rental Rates and Information

All rent is due in advance unless prior arrangements have been made. A credit application is available for individuals or companies that wish to set up an account with us.

Rental Rates:

Minimum: All of our equipment has a minimum rental period.                   Most items have an hourly minimum, some daily.

Daily:     = 24 hours from the time of rental, or 8 hours on the meter, whichever comes first.

Weekly:  = 7 calendar days from the time of rental, or 40 hours on the meter   whichever comes first.

Monthly:  = 28 calendar days from the time of rental, or 160 hours on the meter, whichever comes first.

Overtime: After the minimum rental time has been met, additional charges for overtime are pro-rated as follows:

   Daily    1/6 of the daily rate is charged for each hour overtime.

   Weekly 1/5 of the weekly rate is charged for each day overtime.

   Monthly 1/4 of the monthly rate is charged for each week over.

*Saturday Morning To Monday Morning 8:30 =  1 1/2 Day Charge

*Saturday After 2:00pm To Monday 8:30am = 1 Day Charge
